We ask about step through frames because some people have knee and hip issues that prevent them from getting on and off a bike with a cross tube.  We have a limited number of step through frames and preserve them for people who require them.

There is no deposit to reserve and you can cancel.  When you get here you can test the bikes we set aside and test other ones as well and decide which bike you most prefer.
