When reserving a bike include your name, cell phone number, date and time you want the bike, how long you might want it, the type of bike, and your height and weight.  Also, if a rider has trouble getting on and off a bike with a crosstube and requires a step through frame, mention that.  There is no deposit to reserve and you can cancel.
