| To reserve your seat on the shuttle, call, fax or email the following information:
Your Name(s):__________________________________
Date(s) You Want to Hike:_________________________
Anchorage Hotel or B&B:_________________________
Contact Phone Number(s):________________________
After we receive your request for a seat on the Shuttle, we will contact you to confirm and obtain a credit card number. Your credit card number will not be processed. Pay when you check in for the hike.
Cancellation Policy & Procedure:
48 hours notice.
Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a charge to your credit card only under the following circumstances:
1) Other hikers were assured the minimum number of people signed up (7), you cancel/don't show, and the Shuttle goes up with less than seven.
2) We sell out (14) and turn hiker(s) away after saving your seat(s) and you cancel under 48 hours or don't show and no one on the standby list takes your place. Therefore, if more than seven but less than 14 people hike, unless groups of two or more were turned away, you're off the hook.
Note: The Shuttle rarely sells out so if you're not on a tight schedule, or your commitment averse, simply call or show up on the day you want to hike.
